How Proteinuria of Kidney Disease Patients Produced

We know that kidney plays an important role in adjust the water, secrete urine, dischargemetabolic waste, poison and drug. If the kidney has some problems, the patinets can appear proteinuria. How protenuria of kidney dissease produced?
There’ s only trace amount of protein in the urine of normal persons. If your urine routine test result is positive, it indicates that the protein content in your urine is out of normal range and this condition is called proteinuria. Proteinuria include following types.
1. Glomerular proteinuria
In normal condition, the filtration membrane of glomeruli only allow very very small molecules to be filtrated out and macromolecular protein in blood could be blocked. But various glomerular diseases, renal blood vessel disease, renal amyloidosis, diabetic nephropathy will cause the permeability of the glomerular to increase, then macromolecular protein will pass through filtration membrane and appears in the urine.
2. Renal tubule proteinuria
For normal persons, 95% protein in the fluid which is already filtrated by glomeruli will be reabsorbed to blood by renal tubules. Interstitial nephritis, analgesic nephropathy, renal tububles damage cuased by chronic cadium poisoning, and many inborn metabolic defects could cause the reabsorb function of renal tubules decrease, and then leads to proteinuria.
3. Overflow proteinuria
If there′re abnormal protein in blood, glomeruli can filtrate it out and then renal tubules will reabsorb it back. But if there′re too much abnormal protein, then renal tububles will not be able to reabsorb all of them, then it will lead to proteinuria.
4. Secretory proteinuria
Kidneys secrete some items which contain protein, these items also enter into urine. Kidneys may secrete more these items due to some reasons, and it will cause proteinuria when these items containing protein enter into urine. When people get Renal tubule - interstitial inflammation or tumors, secretion of containing protein will also enter into urine and lead to proteinuria.
5. Tissue proteinuria
There is a small quantity of metabolin which is decomposed by soluble tissue in the normal urine, they belong to small-molecule protein. This kind of protein will increase if people get disease(such as urinary tract infection).
The proteinuria usually mentioned is glomerular or kidney tubube proteinuria, but in real cases, usually patients will have two or more kinds of proteinuria.
